So I was thinking, and there’s another story here. Who the fuck leaked the draft? This is important because Republicans are trying to make that the issue. There’s three alternatives: Alito, his clerks and the other justices. The liberal justices get no benefit from it leaking. It’s going to pass regardless. My guess is that the Conservative justices are trial ballooning it to see if they can pull it off this and win the midterms.

Totally not surprising at all. The funny thing is the radical right GQP continually openly tells us exactly what they are going to do, they set an agenda, and work to achieve their goals by hook or crook year after year until they win. The Dems are scattered and split between those few that believe in democracy and supports workers, and those that are in congress for their personal fortunes as corporate puppets and all the DC celebrity benefits of good tables they get when they go out on the town and all the other perks. And now when the Chistofascists obtain their stated goal with the abortion issue suddenly people are clutching their pearls and acting like they didn't see this coming.
Hopefully this might have some effect on the upcoming election, but the American people's stupidity can never be underestimated. If they take back the House and Senate (we don't really have the Senate now thanks to Manchin and Sinema but we'll pretend we do because that's how Dems roll) will everyone be shocked and amazed when they start impeachment hearings on Biden and hearings on Hunter Biden and even Hillary, and every other person on the select committee they hold a grudge on. And I bet when they subpoena a Dem expect hardball tactics and not the white glove treatment the Dems give their "friends across the aisle." They've already stated their plans so believe them. When you are dealing with people that don't accept the concept that laws apply to them, thumb their nose at those that do and then receive no negative effects for doing so but gain the admiration and growing support from their base for their "bravery", what do you expect. I don't see any accountability for 2020 in our future as Dems and the Justice Department are weak as water. Tough talk with out action is just jerking off. We have no billionaires funding a thousand liberal think tanks and lobbyists working tirelessly to save democracy and now we will suffer the consequences as the highest court is now rigged in the fascist's favor just like they are rigging the systems in the red states for the upcoming elections. It's all there out in the open so let's try not to act too surprised as they take away more and more of our personal freedom.

This is only the beginning. Religious segregated schools are next. The coalition that made this court originally formed to get tax protected status for segregated religious schools. They haven’t forgot. What do you think all the anti CRT shit was for. It was to create the language they will use to re- introduce segregation. These frs plaid a long game, and might just win.
