The Beginning of the End

We lost this battle. We can still win the war — but we have to plan.

The upcoming decision by the Supreme Court to strip away women’s rights is the beginning of the end. The question is, the end of what?

Is it the beginning of the end of the last gasp of fascism? Or is it the beginning of the end of civilization itself?

We’re about to see what this all is really about. The Supremacist Court is fully unbound to strip away the last century of progress. The Cult of Trump, of QAnon, of Mike Flynn, has infiltrated entire state governments not to mention thousands of school boards, city councils and police departments. The entire Republican Party is a fifth column.

The 2022 elections are going to be a nightmare. The Cult will be fully prepared to attack every single race from the inside out and the outside in.

Frankly, I fully expect significant violence this Summer in advance of the elections. I hope I’m wrong but the signs are unmistakable. The SCOTUS decision has angered the left, and righteously so, but this is going to radicalize people on both sides — as intended.

The January 6th Committee Hearings are supposed to happen in June. I fully expect the Cult to create violent distractions. Everyone needs to understand in advance, this is an intentional trap. Do not engage. They are looking for an excuse.

If you are still getting your news from Twitter — or Facebook — and relying on them as a communications platform, you should assume your access is temporary.

Every one of us who was called an alarmist or a conspiracy theorist or BlueAnon for pointing out this reality a long time ago gets one full minute to say “TOLDYA.”

Then it’s time to get to work. Because we were all more right than we hoped. If this is allowed to continue on its present course, America will be a theocratic white supremacist patriarchal ethnostate within a few years.

So, what do we do about this? What is the plan?

I don’t know. That’s the honest answer. But we need one. Here are a few things I think have to be part of it.

1. We need a way to communicate with each other safely. Twitter and Facebook, not to mention Telegram, ain’t it. Thiel and Musk have successfully captured Silicon Valley, and Telegram is run by a Russian living in Dubai.

2. We need to start gaming out what will actually happen if the GQP gets one or both Houses of Congress. And what actually happens if they manage to capture the White House again?

3. We need an “underground” of people to ready to wait this out, sabotage it, and fight back using all the legal tools available. Turns out we’ve been dissidents all along. So be it.

4. Finally, we need a plan to capture back the democratic territory that has been lost. In order to do that every one of the people behind this fascist insurgency must be exposed, removed from any position of power, and imprisoned.

I’m afraid we’re about to enter a period where “resistance” is going to be necessary, where physical threats and violence will become commonplace in order to enforce theocratic doctrine. We will need a way to protect people. And a way to fight back.

I’m sorry to be this guy all time, but this is our reality. We are going to have to organize. We’re going to need a plan.
