The Big Hurry: Why So Anxious For Dictatorship Right Now?
Behind the rush job to collapse the rule of law.
Conspiracy to Overthrow the U.S. Government
The Executive Branch of the U.S. federal government is engaged in an open, illegal conspiracy to seize authoritarian, extra-constitutional military control of the United States, to destroy the Democratic Party, and purge the judiciary of any ability to prevent it. The strategy and tactics are copied directly from the Third Reich playbook.
However, it is a rush job—a scramble—and it is not at all clear it will work. The sharks are in the water both inside and outside the government; Trump is a bloodied, weak target; and this is hardly a popular regime.
Horst Wessel
Charlie Kirk’s murder gave the Trump regime a martyr—a 21st-century Horst Wessel—and a mobilizing event to start their final move to convert America into a one-party dictatorship. This was clear just hours after the event.
In the week after Kirk’s killing, it became clear that there was an organized, regime-wide effort to sanctify Charlie Kirk. The purpose was to use his murder to radicalize MAGA, to target the “left,” and to persecute the regime’s political opponents.
Stephen Miller’s speech at Charlie Kirk’s memorial, which heavily lifted from Joseph Goebbels’ speech in 1932, “The Storm Is Coming,” made the intention very clear.
On the same day, 9/22/25, the White House published a presidential memo designating “Antifa” as a domestic terrorist organization. This is a completely fabricated scapegoat invented by a right-wing troll after Heather Heyer was murdered in Charlottesville.
Three days after the memo declaring “Antifa” terrorists, the regime published National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7)–“Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence” that begins with the premise the document is designed to target people who don’t like Charlie Kirk.
“Even in the aftermath of the horrifying assassination of Charlie Kirk, some individuals who adhered to the alleged shooter’s ideology embraced and cheered this evil murder while actively encouraging more political violence.”

Without exaggeration, this document says that anyone who does not embrace the ideology of Charlie Kirk is a suspect for domestic terrorism, and subject to surveillance, arrest, and incarceration by the federal government.
Below is the alternate reality the White House published as “motivations and indicia” justifying government surveillance and intervention—including “anti-fascism,” “anti-Christianity,” “anti-capitalism,” and “extremism on migration, race, and gender.”
The document gives a mandate to the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) to “investigate and disrupt networks, entities, and organizations that foment political violence.” This includes the false allegations that antifascism is a “lie” and that “Antifa” is actually a front for domestic terrorists to wage a violent assault on “democratic institutions, constitution rights, and fundamental American liberties.”
It is all upside down and backwards.
Attack on Antifa, Nazi Germany
The Reichstag Fire Decree in Nazi Germany (1933) was ostensibly written for the purpose of “countering communist acts of violence endangering the state.” The initial target of the Reich was the Communist Party of Germany (KPD), which was against the liberal Social Democrats (SPD) but hated the Nazis even more.
Note that this is why, in Niemöller’s famous poem, the first line is: “First they came for the communists.”
In 1932, the KPD started a militant antifascist movement called “Antifaschistische Aktion” which was commonly shortened to “Antifa.” “Die Antifa,” and “Antifa-front” were used to describe the frontline activists in the German leftist press.
The logo of Antifa was distinctive: a double flag, often one black and one red. This flag has been adopted by a few antifascists in America, including Rose City Antifa of Portland—until 2017 the only group in the entire United States using the name “Antifa.”
After the Reichstag Fire Decree, the KPD and Antifa were effectively outlawed as a “communist insurrectionary network” and were rendered de facto illegal. In July 1933, the Law Against the Formation of Parties, made the KPD and Antifa de jure illegal. By then, they had been effectively erased from German society, and imprisoned in concentration camps or outcast as “enemies of the state.” Thousands were murdered.
Attack on Antifa, Portland
The plan to attack “Antifa” in Portland by the administration has been telegraphed for several weeks. Donald Trump was reportedly shown old footage from protests in 2020, some not even from Portland, which gave him the impression there was ongoing violence—when there was none. Nevertheless, he is trying, and so far failing, to federalize the Oregon National Guard.
There has been a series of provocations in Portland—completely manufactured by the federal government and their sympathizers—in a transparent attempt to create an alternate reality of a militarized war zone. For example, Kristi Noem and her traveling press unit made a big show of visiting a snipers’ nest on the roof of a Portland ICE facility on Friday.
The volume of videos of federal officers brutalizing people in Portland is ballooning, including one that I found deeply disturbing on a number of levels.
There was a protest outside an ICE facility in Portland Thursday night, and at some point heavily armed federal officers rushed out to make a brutal arrest. A protester in an inflatable frog costume got jostled by the ICE agents in the scrum. One of the armored agents grabbed the frog costume, swung it around, and filled the intake fan (orange circle) on the costume—the only source of air—with pepper spray. This could kill someone; this scenario will induce panic that can have serious consequences—in addition to the torture of being gassed in a plastic bubble.
There was no reason to do this. It was just sheer sadistic state violence for one purpose—terrorism. It is also a nauseating echo of gas chambers. How a federal officer sworn to the Constitution could be allowed to get away with this is a microcosm of our larger, dire scenario.
Antifa Chicago?
This kind of cruelty is being repeated in Chicago where ICE agents dropped from Blackhawk helicopters to take over an entire apartment building—separating naked children from their parents. It is also taking place on the streets of the city where armored vehicles with snipers prowl, and anonymous terrorists in SUVs are using tear gas to get around traffic.
Saturday afternoon, Governor JB Pritzker announced that, against his will:
“In the coming hours, the Trump Administration intends to federalize 300 members of the Illinois National Guard.” —JB Pritzker, Governor of Illinois
This is the opposite of the constitutional purpose of the militia—now the National Guard—which was created to repel invasion, including from a tyrannical federal government.
The Big Squeeze
The Trump administration is rapidly accelerating the United States toward a military one-party dictatorship at an almost comical speed. There is no effort to conceal the sheer desperation and fraudulence of their tactics. And on Saturday, Stephen Miller made his goals extra clear. Miller says the “Democrat Party” has filled the “legal and judicial system with radicals” which is a “dire crises for our Republican form of government.”
Note the capital-R. The United States is a republic; it is not a “Republican form of government.”
To make it even more plain, Stephen Miller followed up his promise for a one-party state, with a plan to achieve it identical to the Third Reich. On his hit list are “far-left Democrat judges, prosecutors, and attorneys general” which he intends to “dismantle” using “legitimate state power.”
This is a declaration of war on anyone who isn’t MAGA by the government.
DHS and Miller are tightly coordinating their messaging, and they are not at all shy about their racist, violent ideas for America.
Stephen Miller is in a hurry to destroy the Democrats and the constitutional republic and he doesn’t care how obvious he is about it. On Thursday night, Stephen Miller was heard telling ICE in Memphis, alongside Bondi and Hegseth:
“You are unleashed. The handcuffs you’re carrying are not on you anymore. They’re on the criminals. And whatever you need to get it done, we’re gonna get it done.”
This rapid push to complete a fascist occupation of American cities has been accompanied by more murders on the open sea and snuff films by Hegseth—along with a government shutdown being used as a sadistic weapon to “traumatize” government workers and punish Democrats.
What’s the Rush?
So why is the federal government in such a hurry to execute this open conspiracy to create a one-party autocracy?
Midterms—they need military and paramilitary forces situated which will ensure the result they want in time. They’re worried it’s not going fast enough.
Trump is not well—this is day five of his second disappearing act in a month.
He has not made a single live appearance since his incoherent, fascist performance in front of the entire U.S. military command.
After Trump’s last three-hour Cabinet Meeting of North Korea-style adulation in August, he went dark for seven days, which seemed to create a feeding frenzy among his associates, including Mike Flynn and the Russians—who relish in the prospect of a power vacuum they can fill.
Mike Flynn Goes All-In
Saturday, as Trump rests (or recuperates from another medical incident) and Stephen Miller openly coordinates a military coup, Mike Flynn went all-in on QAnon and called for “WARFARE!” from his followers. Flynn, who I identified as the person behind “Q” nearly five years ago, posted a full-blown QAnon video with himself as the narrator.
WARNING: This is a disturbing psychological warfare video. It is designed to be upsetting and divisive.
One notable quick sequence of video cuts includes:
a picture of a white rabbit with Trump—a key QAnon symbol
an actual Q post which includes: “Disinformation is necessary”
buffalo stampeding over a cliff
This is Flynn taking credit for Q. For many years, whenever Flynn would deny he knew anything about QAnon, despite the obvious fact he was lying, Q believers would cite the “Disinformation is necessary” post to excuse it. This was Flynn validating their beliefs that he was behind Q the whole time—and warning them not to get caught in the mainstream.
The entire video, from beginning to end, is replete with blatant QAnon references. Q believers are ecstatic about it and believe this represents a sign.
Among the most horrifying sequences in Flynn’s video is shown in stills below, where Flynn appears to blame Jews for 9/11, JFK (omitted for gore), and Charlie Kirk’s murder.
This is a 21st century remix of the most deadly recurring conspiracy theory in the history of mankind—an imaginary cabal of international Jews who want to take over the world. This is the core lie at the heart of the Holocaust. Flynn’s QAnon followers heard him loud and clear, a call for a biblical Jewish genocide euphemistically called “Israel for last” in Q drops.
On a personal note, it is surprising that Flynn would post this video now, considering that we are scheduled for a trial in Florida in less than a week in which he has to prove that I had “actual malice” when I said he is “a Nazi.” This video alone might not be legal proof of his Nazism but it sure doesn’t help.

I think the willingness of these evil men to be so blatant in this moment is a clear sign they see this as the point of no return. The rule of law, to them, has already fallen.
Prognosis: It’s Gonna Hurt
While the destruction of the federal government, the international ritual humiliation, and the real harm being done to millions of innocent people are horrific and nauseating, I still do not think there is a credible dictatorship in this car of clowns.
I think the fact that people like Flynn and Hegseth are now openly flouting the Constitution is not an indicator of strength; it is an indication of weakness, a sign that the lawless Red Frankenstein they created is crashing.
I think Trump’s speech at the U.N. warned the world. His speech in Quantico warned the generals. And his absence speaks louder than words.

Brilliant, as ususal. Thank you. They are rushing for all the reasons you gave. I think they are rushing also because Trump is very ill, probably on dialysis. They are panicking about the midterms -- especially if Trump's demise or incapacity is a matter of months. Although Trump is just a chess piece and nothing will quickly alter the disaster in progress, they would rather have Trump ordering troops to blue states than have him on life support. If they succeed in November, they way is open for them to complete the destruction of the United States from within.
