The Ignorance is Astounding
CNN and the US Government seem to have no idea what’s happening
As I was screenshotting this flaccid trainwreck of an article, the above Telegram notification came in from Putin’s General, Mike Flynn — who is explicitly going after the 2022 elections and defending Putin’s atrocities in Ukraine.
While I believe the article is well intentioned and there is some good news, largely it just betrays a total misunderstanding of the current disinformation landscape.
First of all, “US is worried about” Russian interference? What?
There is a literal information war being waged by Russian proxies right now inside the United States — and yes obviously they are targeting the elections. Why is this so hard for them to grasp?
They should stop being “worried.” There is no more time for hand-wringing and anonymous “former officials” offering milquetoast forecasting about bad stuff that “could” happen that already has.
“There’s no way to truly be ready for… Russian asymmetric warfare techniques”
“Little has been done to inform, let alone convince American voters that Russia is trying to attack elections again.”
“If something small happens, it will into the mania and chaos.”
These sentences coming from US officials are absolutely terrifying.
What the hell do you mean there’s “no way to be ready?” That you haven’t “informed” the public? That you are unprepared “IF” something happens?
My god. it has been happening continuously every day in the open for years and is intensifying.
It is already crystal clear what they are planning. They do not hide it.
Mike Flynn is open about his role as Putin’s proxy.
Mike Flynn started Pizzagate and QAnon which were psychological warfare operations using Russian propaganda.
Mike Flynn did a deal with Vladimir Putin in 2015, stole the election in 2016 and handed a Putin puppet the White House for four years.
(In 2016), “disinformation efforts were still rudimentary, elevating a few voices spouting racial divisions and disappointment in their candidates losing.”
“Probably,” “likely”? AYFKM?
Where was this guy in 2016? There was nothing rudimentary about it. It swing the election and changed the course of history.
This is in and of itself is Russian propaganda. As if Putin needed Ukraine to attack us. As if he and General Misha haven’t been doing it for seven fucking years.
I don’t know what it’s going to take to figure this out, but if we don’t Mike Flynn will get what he wants. #ArrestMikeFlynn
