The Meta-Irony of Russiagate

We seem to be hurtling towards some sort of performative climax on a number of fronts. One of those is the “Russiagate” hoax—a manufactured psychological operation designed to project the crimes of Russian assets in America onto Democrats.
The lead purveyor of this psyop is Mike Flynn, whose old friend Devin Nunes started it in 2017 as chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Nunes’s top aide at the time was Kash Patel, now Director of the FBI. (Full disclosure: Both Patel and Flynn have sued me.) The goal of “Russiagate” and Trump’s constant repetition of “Russia, Russia, Russia” was to undermine anyone who suggested Russian interference, and to impact the Mueller investigation.
Tulsi Gabbard‘s memo last week about an alleged conspiracy against Trump iin 2016 has lit Flynn’s network up—as designed. Flynn himself is giddy that his lies are being held up by the Director of National Intelligence as real, despite the fact that her entire premise is based on a trivial straw man fallacy. Flynn has been friends with Tulsi Gabbard since she was a Democrat in Hawaii.
Flynn is desperate to be vindicated for his decade-plus of treason, active measures and psychological warfare against American civilians—and so is his longtime co-conspirator Steve Bannon who says Trump needs to “take it to the ultimate conclusion… the charge here is going to be treason.”
This morning, Flynn posted this, pure psychological warfare, designed to demonize and dehumanize a former president and lobby Trump to make lawless arrests.
The MAGA-QAnon cult is experiencing extreme cognitive dissonance. They were told that Trump was going to expose the Epstein “cabal,” but instead he’s blatantly covering it up.
So they are looking for blood. They want arrests. They want retribution for something.
The meta-irony is that Flynn is using one psychological operation, Russiagate, to cover up for his other psyops, like Pizzagate and QAnon. It is, as I titled my documentary about this, an American Mindf*ck.
I’m approaching five years of trying to understand the invisible war we can all see but no one talks about. Our adversaries are using weaponry that most people don’t even know exists, because the government has been hiding it from us—leaving us entirely defenseless.
My goal here is to do the work to illuminate the invisible and edify the ineffable. I cannot tell people how to feel or what to do, but my hope is that I can help people build a more complete model of the world, so they can make better decisions for themselves. Thanks to everyone for your support.
