Thanks for the references to the psychoanalytic literature. There is no other literature in psychology or psychiatry to date that can truly capture the danger we find ourselves in. The last paragraph of your piece should be read by all with ears and eyes to see as a call to action. This is a psychiatric emergency. It’s not political. It’s clinical and should be seen as such. It is a threat to the entire world in this case. The combination of frontotemporal dementia and malignant narcissism is a catastrophic disaster for the entire world. As far as Trump's hands, I've heard many different speculative ideas and none would surprise me. That said though, the two that sound most probable are that he's the 79yo sole patient granted emergency use access to the experimental new obesity drug Retatrutide.
The second one is that he's receiving regular IV infusions of Leqembi, an newer anti-Alzheimers monoclonal antibody treatment. This one seems to be the most probable because the infusions are supposedly pretty frequently necessary.
But again, nothing would surprise me. Hell, if it leaked that he's injecting rancid, 5 year old rat piss because RFK claimed it would make him live forever, I wouldn't be any more surprised...
I use to get triweekly infusions of Keytruda, they used the inside of my let arm at the crook, as it was the only accessible vein they could find., it happens when you get old, then I went in for a P..E.T. scan where they inject a gel with urianium isotope, that was the only time they used the back of my hand.
They don't like to use the hand because the vein has a tendency to roll, making it more difficult. an except is a a PET scan gecause they don't hang a ringer, (the bag with the compound be it chemo, infusion or plasma.
