I disagree about Biden. He hasn't done everything perfectly or fast enough to suit us. But he grasps the situation and it's worldwide implications. As the J6 Committee holds more hearings, the public becomes more aware of how horribly we were betrayed, and more informants are whispering to the J6 Committee and to DOJ. We have to make sure people get out and vote.
Their every ruling is “Fruit of the Poisonous Court”... the idea that 9 people have that much power *for life* is mind boggling. Maybe it was acceptable when “old age” meant 55 years old, but certainly not now. I was wondering why the other Justices aren’t making more noise. Maybe a strike (- because I’m French)?
I am of the opinion that we are already in a civil war. And regardless of what the lunatic Right may have in mind regarding the law (they are going to break it as they see fit) I do believe there can come a time when civil disobedience of an immoral, unconstitutional "law" is justified and necessary. I believe that this is that time. The Supreme Court is a captured political entity. This is not a legitimate law.

The next day, SCOTUS slashes through all that hope and reminds the plebs that they are in control. “Ginni’s vengeance”: she had a card in her pink sleeve and she played it so as to spread maximum destruction. Clarence even put salt on the wound with his concurring opinion that threatens the LGBTQIA+-.
Do you have any theories as to why the SC made this move today? Why did Flynn, etc. push this through TODAY. Is there something that the Dems are doing right now that he sees as a threat? As in the Jan6 hearings??
