Perfect answer. “A reason.” I’m definitely suddenly stranded; out of loops of info, contacts, and ability to have input to Congress people, reporters. Still evaluating “purpose” of returning. My brain is functioning differently away from “toxic.” I’m looking into the political toilet instead of occasionally being flushed down and needing to swim back up again. (Sorry for the image but yeah.)
Oh funny! After retweeting some of Jim’s stuff last night, I woke up in Twitter jail. Now granted, I did tweet to Ronnie Jackson after he said the govt would have to pry his gas stove from his cold dead fingers that maybe he should keep it and breathe deeply.
I’m in 12 hr jail for encouraging suicide. 😂 That said, this jail is a mess -- & it doesn’t work right at all.
When I woke up and saw it and deleted the tweet (I was merely suggesting he breathe as much of the toxins that he’d like to 🤷🏻♀️), it said I had 4 hours of the 12 left. And that I could DM, but nothing else. I tried to DM a friend and their YOU ARE BANNED appeared. Left for a while, came back and it was fine.
Went to the timeline and got the YOU ARE BANNED for up to 2 weeks. We don’t know how long. But I could read. At some point, I went into a tweet to watch a video and now I’m in an endless loop of the “you are banned for another 7hrs and 42mins” with a Start Now button. But clicking it just makes the screen come up again.
I got a message back from my friend as a notification, but when I click it to reply, I just get the same banned screen over and over. Yet I’m supposed to be able to read, etc. Are they newly broken, or is this normal? I’ve been on Twitter for a million years, but I’ve never been in Twitter jail before. 🤔
Is this a signal Elon and tech bro crew is waking up to that their absurdly arrogant, anti-librul treatment of moderation led to Twitter being used to help incite that far-right riot in Brazil? Maybe they're seeing that cozying up to the far right was a very bad idea that would have very bad real life consequences. I can only hope this possibility is legit and certainly won't discount other theories of the case. But one worth considering.
Should we come back?
I just wrote an article to answer this. It’s a very fair question.
But unless you have a reason, no. It’s toxic.

Courage to change the things we can ❤️
Noice!
Well, well, well... 🤔
Hell yeah Jim!

Nah... they just let nazis come back yesterday. They also reinstated Stone, Ali Alexander, and more over the past week.
I'm staying on Twitter for now and keeping the good fight going as much as my little account can.
I assume that's why I don't get trolls even though I share so much resister stuff...I'm still small.
I think I'm just under 1000.
Welcome back Jim, it will be nice to share your stuff directly again. ✊
Yayyyyyyy 🥳
It's a shithole but we need your voice to call these assholes out.
Yay! Suck iiiiiit, trolls!

QElon might be restoring all the suspended accounts, little by little, to avoid headlines.
