You Cannot Win Psy-War By Voting

Either the Democrats suddenly get an education or they become the last Weimar government

The Democratic Party, my party for my entire adult life, is dead in the water, the frog boiled into soup after decades of slowly appeasing an opponent that can’t win through argument and policy, so it wins by cheating — and cheating only. To review:

• Nixon got elected by doing an illegal deal with the Vietnamese.

• Reagan got elected by doing an illegal deal with Iran.

• Bush got elected by covering up Iran-Contra.

• W got elected by cheating in Florida.

• Trump got elected by colluding with Russia and the PayPal Mafia in 2016.

  • Trump tried to steal another election through violence in 2020.

• Trump got elected by colluding with Russia and the PayPal Mafia again in 2024.

This is not an acceptable pattern. This is a battered spouse, returning over and over again to their victimizer. I personally choose not to participate in this cycle of abuse any longer. I will always vote for the best candidate, regardless, but I’m not hitching my wagon to a loser unless they snap out of it.

The last three elections that Trump tried to steal — two successfully — were each completely misunderstood by the Democratic Party and the media, because the conflict was playing out on an entirely different battlefield in the minds of the voters than the establishment understood, or even acknowledged.

As I keep repeating, this is psychological war, not politics.

Moreover, this is not just a metaphorical war, it is the real thing. A foreign nation interfering with, much less successfully stealing, a presidential election is an act of war that does grave violence to the Constitution and to the American people. But, as always, the cover up by our own government is worse than the crime — because it allows this vicious cycle of abuse to continue indefinitely.

Americans have been beaten and bruised by an attack on our minds. A plurality of us “voted” ourselves into a regime that we may never escape from. Either the Democrats learn the following immediately or they will never win anything again.

• You cannot defeat brainwashing with facts.

• You cannot defeat psyops with policy.

• To win, you need generals for a psy-war, not campaign managers.

So far, most of the takes from the establishment are that Democrats need to become more like Republicans to win again. That’s precisely wrong. What the Democrats need to do is learn that to win, you have to fight the hot war that exists, not the policy debate you want.

ICYMI, I shot this documentary a month after the insurrection, nearly four years ago now, to warn that if we didn’t do something to stop QAnon and Russian psychological warfare the same people were going to do it all over again.

We didn’t. So they did.
