I’m convinced that they are building a RICO. They have all these threads of investigation going which Flynn is at the organizational centre of that I am sure they could have already arrested him on individually just based on publicly available evidence. It seems like they are going for a much bigger case than the individual crimes. That is a good thing if it sweeps up players like Ziklag, ALEC and the various Koch and Mercer fronts.
