Jason Sullivan is the guy tried to sell (or did sell?) Ron Watkins on a system to game Twitter's algorithms to boost the QAnon psyop. And that was just for this purpose, i.e., to whip a furor on the right towards the established order and incite insurrection.
I imagine that the DOJ has been using T3 warrants up to this date on characters such as Sullivan, ,Flynn etc... Now that they're are publicly subpoenaing the "organizers of the 6th", which means prosecutors must have a solid outline of the case, because there is one thing a federal prosecutor usually will never do; and that's to ask, a would be defendant, a question they already don't know the answer to.
