Our story of humanity has been small when encountering the will and vote of the population. As children, we have been ingrained with stories and fables of kings, queens, princes and princesses, lords, colonels, popes, and archbishops, warriors, and gods. Indeed, the foundations of leadership begin at home. We have families, parents, educators, bosses, financiers, and elderly that we are told to listen to and behave to. The thought of being granted freedom, while appealing, seems not to fit in with life. And yet, being a civilian allows people to gain perspective and not be brainwashed. Lifers in the armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, National and Coast Guards) know only one life: the life of rigidity and structure by decree. The Flynn family are one such family that lives the life of rigidity and autocracy. This is, of course, enhanced by a Traditionalist Catholic upbringing. The idea of civilian government which does not revolve on war and fables of war is anathema to Lt. Gen Michael Flynn (Ret.), for this means newer more humane ways of life and governance is expected. It also means the reality of evolving and growing up must be brought forth.
Last week, I sent you an email which advocated for intelligent curiosity above all other means of traits for leadership. Judging by the election results from this past Tuesday, I would say a good deal of voters (though few) are aware of what will be needed to keep this experiment intact. Even so, the insurrection by the right wing has not finished and may only be starting. For some 15 odd years, I have been following several conservative and militant leaning websites and influential people. To a person, each has requested a military coup as the solution to end the corruption and “deep state” left wing intelligentsia. Indeed, the Q movement is a department of defense psychological operation in which Gen. Michael Flynn has written as Q that the military is the only way forward to cleanse the world. Sadly, the operation is still ongoing; albeit in rare spurts these days. It is important to end this operation and all means of initiating a coup not unlike a myriad of south American countries before and since. Now with the results of the 2022 elections favoring Democrats, the time has come to do what needed to be done for decades. It is time to end funding to the DOD. By defunding the Department of Defense, we will be able to give the primacy of civilian leadership and end the insurrections both federal and militia that have been ongoing. I think back to Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) who advocated for a Department of Peace to replace and supplant a Department of Defense. Let this idea happen post haste. Cut off the Flynn/Q movement by the source and end the lack of humanity the US has when it really matters.
