White Box Pandemic: How Giant People-Eaters Are the Real State of the Union
What they really want is to get rid of the annoying humans.
Donald Trump’s speech tonight will approach two hours long—a grueling ping-pong match oscillating between Stephen Miller’s lines in the Teleprompter, and long stretches of whatever terror-porn comes straight out of Trump’s id in the moment.
Trump’s inhibitions are gone, his remaining frontotemporal filters deleted by age, dementia, and severe psychological stress; so the 2026 State of the Union will be, to the shock of no one, an embarrassing, punishing disaster.
However, we are collectively inured to Trump’s demented behavior. It’s baked into the collective consciousness. For example, half of U.S. air power is in the Middle East, squarely aimed at Tehran, and it’s still just barely registering as a story. In any other decade, it would be 24/7 news, financial markets would be gyrating wildly, and politicians on both sides would be panicking.
We have already reached the “Oh jeez, who’s he bombing this time?” phase of our national failed state.
But Trump’s behavior, while dangerous and disturbing, in many ways serves as a shiny object. He has always been a fraud, a carnival barker, distracting with one hand while he picks your pocket with the other. The Epstein matter, while absolutely worth pursuing, also serves as a foil for his madness—and gives the public endless strands of titillating content to unravel.
Little Boxes, Massive Boxes
In the SOTU, Trump will brag about the economy; he will brag about the border and brave ICE officers; and he will brag about how America is leading in “artificial intelligence”—having no idea what it means.
But all of it overlooks the central policy of the Trump regime, which is to proliferate the warehousing of humans in one set of massive white containers called “detention centers,” and facilitate the replacement of humans in another set called “data centers.” Let’s call it the White Box Pandemic.
Imagine an honest State of the Union speech:
“By the end of my second term, I promise to checker America’s landscape from sea to shining sea with massive white containers covering over two square miles.
Half of these megaboxes—more than 30 million square feet—will store undesirable people for processing and removal. The worst of the worst, like Somalis—and Antifa.
The other half will store racks of computer chips so we can replace as many humans as possible with chatbots. Labor is for losers.
This initiative will either lead to massive unemployment or a huge stock market crash, depending on whether chatbots ever do anything useful. Nobody knows! Either way, we win, you lose.
The primary winners from these huge rectangles will be private prison contractors, and multi-trillion dollar technology companies. I promise that no effort will be spared, and no power unabused, in order to force these on local populations, whether they like it or not.”

While there has been serious pushback against the White Box Pandemic from state and local governments, many of these projects are well underway. I think it’s quite telling that the footprint and floor plans for “detention centers” and “data centers” are nearly identical.
Big Beautiful Bailout
At the current pace, based on existing announcements and contracts, about 30 million square feet of new internment camps are on track to come online by 2029. This capacity can store hundreds of thousands of human beings—and generate tens of billions of dollars for the private prison industry, while everyone interred is forced out of the labor market.
In the same three-year period, another 30-50 million square feet of chatbot farms could open, generating tens of billions for the AI industry—revenue which also represents, in theory, millions of people taken out of the labor market.
The entire project of erasing brown and Black people in concentration camps, and replacing labor with AI, only benefits a tiny number of people, including Elon Musk, the richest—and most racist—man in the world. Musk recently said this on a podcast—which sounds suspiciously like a man in trouble who needs a government bailout.
“In the absence of AI and robotics we’re actually totally screwed because the national debt is piling up like crazy… Like we are 1,000% gonna go bankrupt as a country and fail as a country without AI and robots. Nothing else will solve the national debt. So we’d like to, well we just need enough time to build the AI and robots to not go bankrupt before then.”
Trump and Pete Hegseth are doing their best to help with Musk’s problem, recently giving Musk’s chatbot Grok—a dangerous, unstable, and deliberately racist product—access to U.S. military classified systems.
It is hard to imagine a more dangerous idea than giving a completely untested software product created by a compromised, fascist oligarch access to Pentagon secrets. Nevertheless, the Trump regime is going all in.
At the same time, Donald Trump wants to put Acting CDC Director Jim O’Neill, a man who has spent almost two decades exclusively pushing fascist supervillain Peter Thiel’s most insane ideas for investment, as his pick to lead the National Science Foundation.

O’Neill in charge of U.S. science policy is a dangerous, suicidal joke. O’Neill has no science or medical background, and once proposed that poor people should be able to sell their “spare kidneys” for money—on floating cities run by billionaires.
Another of Thiel’s creations, JD Vance, will sit behind Trump tonight, clapping like a seal, knowing that Trump will be grabbing all the attention while the White Box Pandemic which benefits Vance’s billionaire patrons will never be mentioned.
This is the real fight. Not the degenerating conman they installed as president, but the Epstein class that wants to warehouse and replace us. It’s not about affordability; it’s about whether oligarchs and their computers can still afford humans.
